CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Joliette Beauty Lab, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and accommodate all clients, please note our cancellation policy: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please note that this deposit is “non-refundable”. 2. Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. 3. Rescheduling: Rescheduling can only be done “once”. If you reschedule within the 48-hour window, your deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. Further changes will require a new deposit. 4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. 5. Same-Day Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel on the same day as your appointment or fail to show up, 50% of the total service cost will be charged in addition to forfeiting your deposit. 6. Late Arrivals: We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, a “$30 late fee” will be added to your total. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the above no-show policy will apply. 7. How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling us directly or through our online booking system. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us serve all clients effectively while respecting everyone’s time.
